Il doit \u00eatre mis en place, dans chaque \u00e9tablissement scolaire, selon le Code de l\u2019enseignement articles 1.5.3-1 et suivants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019obligation l\u00e9gale, la constitution de ce Conseil de participation garde pour objectif le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable <strong>culture de participation<\/strong>. L\u2019id\u00e9e est bien de : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mettre l\u2019\u00e9tablissement en projet collectif et favoriser la prise en charge partenariale de la mission<br>sp\u00e9cifique qu\u2019il se donne ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>introduire une part de d\u00e9mocratie dans la n\u00e9cessaire autonomie de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement et assurer la<br>transparence de celle-ci ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enseigner, par leur exercice, des pratiques citoyennes : la d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration collective, la n\u00e9gociation, le travail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>en \u00e9quipe, la reconnaissance de chacun des partenaires dans un esprit de confiance et de respect mutuel ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rendre chaque acteur solidaire du bien commun et d\u00e9velopper dans l\u2019\u00e9cole une culture de la responsabilit\u00e9<br>en garantissant un dialogue permanent entre partenaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Le Conseil de participation concr\u00e9tise la volont\u00e9 d\u2019<strong>ouverture et de dialogue<\/strong> qui doivent caract\u00e9riser la vie de nos \u00e9tablissements. Il doit permettre que le projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement ne soit pas qu\u2019un document suppl\u00e9mentaire, mais un vrai programme d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole pour les jeunes comme pour les adultes. Il est le lieu o\u00f9 chaque cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019acteurs peut s\u2019exprimer, mais aussi entendre les autres et comprendre les enjeux. Le Conseil de participation est un outil important du pilotage d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement scolaire moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce sens, ce dernier est compos\u00e9 des <strong>acteurs<\/strong> suivants : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La direction du fondamental ; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La direction du secondaire ; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un repr\u00e9sentant du personnel administratif ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deux repr\u00e9sentants du personnel enseignant ; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quatre parents (fondamental et secondaire) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un repr\u00e9sentant du Pouvoir Organisateur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s <\/strong>sont en lien direct avec la vie de l&#8217;\u00e9cole.
